When you sign up for a course, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, home address, device IP address, and other details needed to provide our services. You may provide this through an application online or in person, when making payments through our bank, or by text, email, or another means of communication. We use this information to process course registrations and payments, track course places, monitor student progress, and protect the safety and security of students, staff, and the public, our property, and against fraud.

Retention and sharing

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for its purpose. Course data may be kept for a maximum of three years after completion so that we can confirm attendance to you or a potential employer if requested. We respond to erasure requests without undue delay and, at the latest, within one month, subject to legal reasons for retaining or sharing data, including reporting illegal activity or crime, complying with a legal obligation, performing a task in the public interest, or establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.

Cookies

The password-protected portal uses necessary cookies for website operation, security, and user experience. They are not used for marketing or advertising. These public marketing pages are static and do not set cookies or include a server-side application form. Choosing an email link opens your email application; information you send is then handled through that service.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your device or network.
