Boot Camp takes you through the movements your body is design for, twisting, turning,
pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping etc.|
As Cavemen and Women (now in
clothes) we threw the rock at the rabbit we didn't chase it.

If you're a fan of chrome & mirrors and being
seen in the right place, then this really isn't the place for you.
if you're a fan of results, getting value for money and, you're willing to work
as hard as you can and really push yourself to achieving excellence. Then we welcome
you with open arms and perhaps a kettlebell in each hand.
realize that although we you work hard and encourage you to really push yourself.
It's also a really fun and friendly environment to train in. We won't have you
doing anything you're not capable of doing or don't want to do.
be training with equipment you either haven't used before or never thought of
ever using. Equipment such as
ropes for pulling heavy weights
sleds for dragging
of course…your own body!
As with all of our Boot Camps we use timed circuits
so you don't have to complete a number of repetitions. Meaning you only do what
you think you're capable of doing.
