Xtreme Boot Camp takes you through the movements your body is design for, twisting, turning, pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping etc.

As Cavemen and Women (now in clothes) we threw the rock at the rabbit we didn't chase it.

Ever wonder why you're not losing weight doing excess cardio?

Learn to use all of your muscles in one workout to feel and look better than you've ever done before.

A word of warning!!

If you're a fan of chrome & mirrors and being seen in the right place, then this really isn't the place for you.

However, if you're a fan of results, getting value for money and, you're willing to work as hard as you can and really push yourself to achieving excellence. Then we welcome you with open arms and perhaps a kettlebell in each hand.

You'll immediately realize that although we you work hard and encourage you to really push yourself. It's also a really fun and friendly environment to train in. We won't have you doing anything you're not capable of doing or don't want to do.

You'll be training with equipment you either haven't used before or never thought of ever using. Equipment such as

Thick ropes for pulling heavy weights

Weighted sleds for dragging

Power bags/sand bags

Kettle bells

And of course…your own body!

As with all of our Boot Camps we use timed circuits so you don't have to complete a number of repetitions. Meaning you only do what you think you're capable of doing.

With sessions from 20 minutes to 60 minutes we can have you working harder achieving more results than ever before and freeing up your evenings and spare time, with Boot Camp To You
