Just wanted to say a huge thank you for your endeavours in getting me back on my feet and already back in better shape. I managed a 4.5 mile run yesterday without knee Ladies Boot Camp is not as horrendous as it sounds, in fact its a great way to get into shape. Having Kevin as your trainer is an added bonus, he is a fountain of knowledge I happily recommend you to all the people I come into contact with. You have helped me to improve my posture, strength and fitness helped me to exercise more effectively AND I have dropped two dress sizes!!Since I discovered Boot camp training I have never looked back. I used to attend the Gym 3 times a week but the impact I felt from Kevin's training was no comparison.I have been working with Kevin for over a year now at his bootcamp. During that 'Boot camp has improved my fitness and has changed my shape!!!I find this exercise regime far more motivating to attend ever week than I ever found going to the gym and I'm really pleased with how toned by body has become in just a few months.I just wanted to write and say Thank You Kevin for your inspiration, your knowledge and the time you have taken to help me achieve some of my personal ambitions. Saturday boot camp for me is two things,1 a social event and 2 a really good workout. Its great to workout with some good people that really motivate you to work hard, each weeks different so you don't know what to expect, all i know is its gonna
